M & M’s Continued Employment Partnerships!

M & M is proud to highlight our continuing partnerships with the Goodwill Southern California and the Strong Workforce Apprenticeship Group! Goodwill Southern California serves individuals with disabilities and other barriers by providing education, training, work experience, and job placement services. They are a proud partner of WorkSource California (America’s Job Centers of California) a network of workforce experts that leverage funding and resources throughout the region to provide job seekers and businesses with no-cost, high impact employment, and training services.

In addition to working with Goodwill Southern California, M & M has continued our collaboration with the Strong Workforce Apprenticeship Group, or SWAG, for Quality Assurance and Cybersecurity apprenticeships. SWAG is a partnership which combines the talents of a leading Workforce Intermediary in Goodwill Southern California, with the resources of College of the Canyons, a pioneer in corporate training and skills development. This collaboration results in a model of apprenticeship that is functional, and easy for companies to implement.
