With over 100 years of collective experience, the team at M & M is one of the best in the in the industry! Our staff is experienced in Vendor Managed Inventory, Kanban, Bin Stocking, and much more. We strive to constantly learn and grow, frequently participating in training through Fastener Training Institute, and we recently acquired both our ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9120 Rev. B quality certifications. This team has creativity, problem solving skills, and a firm understanding of competitive value!

Meet the Team!

Eunice

Chief Executive Officer

Eunice joined the M & M Fasteners Executive Team in 2014 with the charter to re-structure the organization and change the overall culture of the company, and in 2016 she took over ownership. With over 25 years of industry experience in both distribution and manufacturing, she is committed to customer service excellence. Eunice has a diligent and "whatever it takes" attitude, but maintains consistent quality and ethical integrity.

Michael

Operations Manager

Michael formally joined the M & M team late 2016. He has a background in Mechanical and Process Engineering in addition to Project and Construction Management. Michael’s experience has been instrumental in the management and integration of bar code systems both internally and externally. Recently, he completed his Certified Fastener Specialist training, and his role as Operations Manager will also be a key factor in our Quality Management Systems as we strive towards continuous improvement.

Humberto

Business Development Manager

Humberto “Berto” Tejeda started his career in the fastener industry 28 years ago in San Diego, where he grew up. His experience started with Ababa-QA as a Warehouse Associate, where he worked through every aspect of the company, including shipping, receiving, will call, counter sales and inside sales. This training and experience led to a very successful outside sales position managing Stocking Programs for manufacturing companies throughout San Diego County, as well as international relations with Tijuana, Mexico.

Berto is known for going above and beyond to build his relationships with his customers. He has excellent communication skills and is well versed in client relations. He enjoys sharing his years knowledge and experience with our customers here at M & M Fasteners Supply, Inc.!

Ben

Senior Sales

Ben joined the company in 1994 as a warehouse employee. Over the years, he has worked diligently to increase his fastener knowledge and was promoted to inside sales 2009. He has continually proven to be an asset to the organization and was recently promoted to Senior Sales Representative. Ben excels in Customer Service Excellence. He has collaborated with the M & M Management team to develop bin stock programs for some of our major business partners. Ben is currently enrolled in the Certified Fastener Specialist program.

Nacho

Purchasing

Nacho joined the M & M in 1997, working in the warehouse pulling, packaging, shipping and receiving orders. All this exposure helped his transition to a sales support role and, eventually, to the position he currently holds in purchasing. Nacho is bilingual and is approaching 25 years in the fastener industry, which is vital to his success as M & M’s Purchasing Agent.

Ines

Senior Accountant

Ines joined the original M & M team in 1982 as an accountant. After leaving for a number of years, she returned to M & M, taking over the responsibilities of Senior Accountant and Office Manager. Her experience, attention to detail, and determination make her a tremendous asset to the staff.

Sara

Accounting Support

Sara joined the team at M & M in early 2019 as an Accounting Support. With 15 years of experience as an Operations Manager and owner of a small business, Sara is integral to keeping M & M Fasteners Supply running smoothly.

Melissa

Customer Service Representative

Melissa Sermeno has been working in the customer service field her entire career. While she is new to the fastener industry, she brings a lot of knowledge to the team from her experience working at companies like Yuneec, Wesco Aircraft, and Woodward. She started off at Yuneec on the sales team assisting with customer sales, both commercial and consumer, and walk in drone repairs. From there she went to Wesco where she grew her knowledge in sales and customer service managing several aerospace accounts such as Northrop Grumman, SpaceX and Lockheed Martin. While at Woodward she gained in depth knowledge of the several processes of manufacturing and expanded her knowledge of working with contract customers.

Arnold

Warehouse Supervisor

Arnold joined the M & M team in 1995 as a warehouse employee to do packaging and kitting. His strong work ethic, tenacity, and eagerness to learn have let him to the position of Warehouse Supervisor. Being bilingual and having such a deep knowledge of the fastener industry has made Arnold an invaluable member of the staff. Arnold is currently undergoing Certified Fastener Specialist training through Fastener Training Institute.
