New Employee Spotlight - Melissa

Melissa Sermeno has been working in the customer service field her entire career. While she is new to the fastener industry, she brings a lot of knowledge to the team from her experience working at companies like Yuneec, Wesco Aircraft, and Woodward. She started off at Yuneec on the sales team assisting with customer sales, both commercial and consumer, and walk in drone repairs. From there she went to Wesco where she grew her knowledge in sales and customer service managing several aerospace accounts such as Northrop Grumman, SpaceX and Lockheed Martin. While at Woodward she gained in depth knowledge of the several processes of manufacturing and expanded her knowledge of working with contract customers.

We are excited to have Melissa join our team as Customer Service Representative, utilizing all her experience to help expedite our order processing and customer service inquiries. She looks forward to speaking with you!
