New Developments at M & M Fasteners Supply, Inc.!

Now that M & M Fasteners Supply, Inc. has settled into our new home at 28486 Westinghouse Pl. in the Santa Clarita Valley, we would like to share some of our recent news and accomplishments!

M & M Fasteners Supply, Inc. has always been driven to provide the best service and quality of products to our customers, so this year we made a focused push to obtain certifications that would give further proof of that drive. Currently, we have attained both the ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120 Rev. B certifications, proving our company’s commitment to quality, attention to detail, and service of both the commercial and aerospace hardware market. Additionally, we have been classified as a Certified Woman Owned Business (CWOB) and are working toward acquiring further certifications.

In conjunction with pursuing further company certifications, we encourage all our employees to develop their personal knowledge and abilities. We have multiple employees currently in the process of earning their Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and our whole staff is receiving ongoing training from Pacific-West Fastener Association on a variety of different fastener specifications.

Lastly, we recently partnered with a local organization, College of the Canyons, and the Department of Labor to join into two new apprenticeship programs: Cyber Security Support Technician and Quality Assurance. These programs will be essential in the development and implementation of the security parameters necessary to meet our customers’ QA policies.
